The front door and the staircase are shared with the residents of the 5 other apartments. This studio is located on the first floor at the front of the property. The kitchen, equipped with induction hob, oven, fridge and freezer, is located on the left. Here you can also find the door to the bathroom with toilet, sink, and shower. The living/sleeping area is wonderfully light through the many windows and you look out on the water.
Please note that the house is only suitable for 1 person. Pets are not allowed. Smoking is prohibited. Deposit: 2 times the rent.
