The cottage is located in one of the oldest (and most sought after) streets in Scheveningen, which is without doubt the most popular seaside resort in the Netherlands.
Close to The Hague city centre and all the international organisations, with easy access to the main motorways, excellent public transport connections and with a thriving expat community it is the ideal location to stay. Apart from the beach, Scheveningen offers many forms of entertainment, such as a cinema, theater, casino, museums, bowling alley, shopping promenade, surf schools, sports events, numerous restaurants, pubs and beach clubs.

Information
It will be a fixed term contract until April 2018 (less then 3 months is possible, but then the monthly rent is higher)
rental price; € 1550,00 a month
rental tariff includes:

- all council taxes incl. levies for weekly garbage collection
- concierge service & small maintenance
Optional extra's
- weekly cleaning incl. bed/bath linen change : € 50,- per week
- weekly ironing service € 15,- per hour
- private parking space with electronic gate (20m from front door): € 70,- per week
