The way we work

Intake of the object
After meeting with you personally and we have measured, estimated and photographed your object we will send you a assignment confirmation. As soon as you agree with this confirmation we will include your house into our housing file. Not only will your house be placed on our website but also on partner websites, but your house will be directly offered to our registered clients that fit the profile!

Viewings
to make sure that your house is rented out as fast as possible we will also pan visits in the evening and during the weekends, that is why we will need to have a key of your house at our office. Of course all keys are coded so that only Wooncompany employees will know what key belongs to which house.

The tenant profile
You can benefit from this when you offer your house through Wooncompany to a very large group of possible tenants. Vacancies may be prevented. Of course Wooncompany will screen possible tenants, so that you get the most reliable tenants. This way your house will stay in the best possible condition and you won’t run into any trouble with your tenants. Together with your Wooncompany advisor you will determine the profile of your future tenant and Wooncompany will try to fit this profile to a possible tenant. As said before we will screen you future tenant and we will draw up a decent tenancy agreement and make sure that everything is dealt with properly.
