You can manage your own profile on our website. When you are registered you can plan a viewing online. Of course you can always contact us by telephone to make an appointment.

What are the costs charged by Wooncompany?
Registration at Wooncompany is completely FREE OF CHARGE You can register online through 4 simple steps. Of course you can also register at one of our agencies.

If you really want to find an apartment through Wooncompany, you will have to register at Wooncompany. Your registration will be valid for one year or until you have found housing.

When you actually find an apartment through Wooncompany and the mediation is complete, you will be charged a mediation fee for the services of Wooncompany. The mediation fee normally is one month rent (including any advance payments for services and utilities), excluding 19 % VAT and will have to be paid before the keys are handed out and before the tenancy agreement takes effect.

After paying the registration fee you are entitled to the following services:
• Wooncompany registration.
• The e-mail service that daily sends you the most recent housing offers that suit your housing needs.
• As soon as an apartment or house becomes available that suits your specific wishes, you will be notified by e-mail.
• You can use the Wooncompany website and all specific services (searching the housing offers, planning the visits, managing you own search criteria etc.)
• Weekly e-mail update with a overview of the housing that suits your needs.
• Look at “advantages” so why you should register at Wooncompany.

Why does Wooncompany charges a fee for her services?

When do I need to bring identification?

What does furnished or unfurnished mean?
Unfurnished means that an apartment can be provided with flooring, wallpaper and curtains, but it is also possible that these things are not present. Furnished means completely furnished with furniture (sofa, bed, television, chairs, cutlery. etc.) To a furnished apartment you will only need to bring your suitcase.

How soon will I find housing?
How soon you will find an apartment depends almost completely on your personal housing needs. Do I need to be registered to see the housing on offer?
No, you don’t need to be registered to see the present housing on offer. You can see the information about an apartment but Wooncompany will not start actively searching for housing that suits your needs when you have registered.

Do I need to be registered to view an apartment?
Yes, you will need to have registered at Wooncompany and agreed to the general terms and conditions before you can come to a viewing.
