Mediation fee
WoonCompany works with the following rates:
• From € 500.000,- we charge a rate of 0,5%
• Under € 500.000,- we charge a rate of € 2.500,-

For mediation for all real estate under € 500.000 selling price and € 50.000 annual rent we charge a minimum mediation fee of € 2.500,- excl. BTW. For higher amounts we charge the rates mentioned above.
