There is a time that you will find the house that fits your needs and that you really want to buy; the moment you realize this we come into the picture.
Together we will visit the house a second time and you will have to see if the “click” is still there. When it is still there we will take the next steps.
For this we charge the same low rates as for selling or renting a house.
