First of all, Is the repair the responsibility of the landlord, or is it your responsibility? In any case, you can file your repair request on Mondays to Friday, between 09.00-17.00.
For any emergencies you can call 070-3468776. Something is considered an emergency when there is a immediate danger for the tenants, for instance when there is a gas leak.
You can also file your request by e-mail. Send it to the concerning Wooncompany office and you will receive a reply within 24 hours. Please mention you telephone number and e-mail address when you file your request, so that we can contact you when we need more information or when the repairs can’t be done on the requested date or time.
Carrying out the repairs
Request for repairs are carried out within 10 working days. Emergency repairs will be carried directly or at the latest within 2 working days. The repairs will be done by our own maintenance people or by contractors employed by Wooncompany. The contractor will identify himself if necessary when he comes to do the repairs.
In some cases it is necessary to first make a survey of the repairs, as a result of which the repairs can’t be done in one day. If necessary an emergency repair will be executed. If the repairs can’t be done in one day, the contractor will inform you of this and he will make a new appointment to finish the repairs.
