Everything you need in one company
Besides mediation, real estate management is also one of the core activities of Wooncompany Every house owner can outsource the management of their real estate to Wooncompany. Do you want to rent out an apartment or even a whole building without the monthly fuss or maybe you are staying abroad (temporarily)? Wooncompany real estate management is the solution for you. Our management consists of taking care of all correspondence, dealing with the administrative worries and arranging the maintenance of a building or apartment. Because Wooncompany is completely computerized, our administrative department will take care of the administration that comes with management.
Rent
The rent will be collected by Wooncompany and will be transferred to your account, according to the agreement made on this point. Wooncompany will make sure that the monthly rent is paid on time. If an arrears of rent is imminent, Wooncompany will first contact the tenant. When the tenant doesn’t react in a positive way, a reminder will be sent. When an arrears in rent increases to two months a debt-recovery agency will be called in.
